Family Law around Shellharbour
Shellharbour is a council area of its own rather than a suburb of Wollongong, which is why this site gives it a page and gives Dapto or Warilla none. Family law has no council dimension: the same federal law and the same court apply on both sides of the boundary. The Court's schedule from 1 July 2026 lists an application for divorce at $1,170, or $390 at the reduced fee, and divorce applications are filed online through the Commonwealth Courts Portal wherever you live.
